Cut to Order

Fully finished out angus steers, weighing from 1,400-1,800 lbs live weight. You should expect to take home 500-600 lbs of marbled angus beef from a whole steer purchase and 250-300 lbs from a half steer purchase. The steer is yours from the time you purchase it. Our Team at Flemings will help you decide how to get it processed and cut, based on what would suit your needs best.
